In section 321(3) (general duty of F1local authority towards children for whom they are responsible)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for the words from “maintained” onwards substitute “ maintained school ”, and

(b)

for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)
education is provided for him at a school which is not a maintained school but is so provided at the expense of the authority,”.
