Regulation 3 Amendment of the General Teaching Council for Wales (Fees) Regulations 2002

The General Teaching Council for Wales (Fees) Regulations 2002^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 substitute the words “to be registered by virtue of regulations made under section 134(1) of the Education Act 2002^f2” for the words “as a consequence” to the end.

(3)

In regulation 4(4) substitute for paragraph (b) the following —

“(b)

required to be so registered by virtue of regulations made under section 134(1) of the Education Act 2002,”.
