England and Wales

Persons who—

(a)

have successfully completed a period of training on an employment-based teacher training scheme in England;

(b)

are assessed as meeting the specified standards in England; and

(c)

are qualified teachers by virtue of regulations made in relation to England under section 132 of the Education Act 2002.
