In section 4 of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc. subject to investigation), after subsection (3A)^f1 there is inserted–

“(3B)

No entry shall be made in respect of any member of the Scottish Executive or in respect of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.”.
