Paragraph 125 Education (Scotland) Act 1996 (c. 43)I1

In section 26(8) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1996 (disclosure of information), in the definition of “person responsible” for “Secretary of State”, in both places where the expression is used, there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”.
