The Act of Sederunt (Proceedings in the Sheriff Court under the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987) 1988 is amended as follows.

In each of rules 39(2)(c) and 43(2)(c), after “Advocate” there is inserted “or the Scottish Ministers”.
(3)
In each of Forms 31 and 35 in the Schedule, after “Advocate” there is inserted “/the Scottish Ministers”.
