Paragraph 25 Registered Designs Act 1949 (c. 88)I1

In section 45 of the Registered Designs Act 1949 (application to Scotland), after subsection (3) there is inserted–

“(4)

References to the Crown shall be construed as including references to the Crown in right of the Scottish Administration.”.
