Paragraph 29 Building (Scotland) Act 1959 (c. 24)I1

The Building (Scotland) Act 1959 is amended as follows.

For “Secretary of State”, in each place in the Act where those words appear, there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”.

In section 12(3) (Building Standards Advisory Committee), “with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service” is omitted.
