The Land Registers (Scotland) Act 1868 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 13 (no higher fees to be chargeable for writs registered for preservation and execution as well as publication), the words from “and the salaries” to the end are omitted.
(3)
In section 25 (fees), “with the consent of the Treasury” is omitted.
