The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 2(1) (Registrar General’s staff)f1 “, subject to the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service as to number” is omitted.
(3)
In section 3(3) (General Register Office), for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”.
(4)
Section 4 (salaries, receipts and expenses)f2 is omitted.
