Paragraph 51 Superannuation Act 1972 (c. 11)I1

In section 4 of the Superannuation Act 1972 (payments due to deceased persons)–

(a)

in subsection (3), at the end there is added “and as including a reference to any part of the Scottish Administration”; and

(b)

in subsection (4), after “government department,” there is inserted “, the Scottish Ministers in respect of any part of the Scottish Administration,”.
