In section 1 of the Lord High Commissioner (Church of Scotland) Act 1974 (allowance payable to the Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland)–

(a)

for “Secretary of State” in each place where those words appear there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”; and

(b)

“,with the concurrence of the Treasury,” is omitted.
