Paragraph 59 Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 (c. 2)I1

In paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 3 to the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 (provisions relating to forfeiture – power to deal with seizures before condemnation, etc.), after “an official of any government department” there is inserted “or an office-holder in, or a member of the staff of, the Scottish Administration”.
