Paragraph 76 Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 54)I1

The Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 is amended as follows.

In section 3(1) (power of Secretary of State to make advances to local roads authorities etc.), “with the consent of the Treasury” is omitted.

In section 19(1) (construction of new roads by Secretary of State as roads authority), “with the consent of the Treasury” is omitted.

In section 146(3) (application of Act to Crown land), from “but the approval of the Treasury” to the end is omitted.
