The Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 is amended as follows.

In section 2(3)(a) (general functions of Scottish Homes), “given with the consent of the Treasury” and “with such consent” are omitted.

In section 5(1) (determination of financial duties of Scottish Homes) “, with the approval of the Treasury,” is omitted.

(4)

In section 6(1) (government grants to Scottish Homes) “, with the consent of the Treasury,” is omitted.

(a)
