Paragraph 10 Fisheries Act 1981 (c. 29)

(1)

The Fisheries Act 1981 is amended as follows.

In section 18A(5)^f1–

(a)

“and” where it appears at the end of paragraph (a) is omitted; and

(b)

at the end of paragraph (b) there is inserted–

“and

(c)

for “adjourned” there is substituted “in recess”.”.

In section 31(9)^f2–

(a)

“and” where it appears at the end of paragraph (e)(ii) is omitted; and

(b)

at the end of paragraph (e)(iii) there is inserted–

“and

(iv)

for “adjourned” there is substituted “in recess”.”.
