Paragraph 9 Race Relations Act 1976 (c. 74)

In section 78(1) of the Race Relations Act 1976 (general interpretation provisions), after the definition of “employment Agency” there is inserted–

  • ““enactment” includes an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament;”.
