Paragraph 8 Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c. 65)

In section 82(1) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (general interpretation provisions), after the definition of “employment agency” there is inserted–

  • ““enactment” includes an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament;”.
