In regulation 3(1) (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “crossing” for “Secretary of State” substitute “ national authority ”.

In paragraph 1(1)(c) of Schedule 1 (authorisation of steady light to illuminate zebra crossing globe) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ national authority ”.
