(a)
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984;
(b)
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) (Procedure) Regulations 1992;
(c)
the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossings Regulations and General Directions 1997.
