Northern Ireland
The Secretary of State may, out of money provided by Parliament, pay such sums to the Agency
(a)
in respect of the exercise of their functions, other than those to which the public dividend capital relates, and
(b)
in respect of their administrative expenses,
as he may, with the consent of the Treasury, determine.
