Northern Ireland
The Secretary of State may, out of moneys provided by Parliament, pay to any person who was a member of the Corporation or Council immediately before the commencement of this Act and who is not appointed a member of the Agency such sums by way of compensation for loss of office as he may, with the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service, determine.
