In Part I of Schedule 2, after paragraph 38 there shall be insertedthe following paragraph—
“38AA pension payable by virtue of paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 or ofregulations made under paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the ScottishDevelopment Agency Act 1975.”
