Northern Ireland
(1)
Unless otherwise provided, any power conferred by this Act to make an order or regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(2)
Any power to make an order conferred by any provision of this Act shall include power to make an order varying or revoking any order previously made under that provision.
