The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 40(4) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 40(5) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have, in preparing the document mentioned in section 40(1), consulted the persons mentioned in section 40(6)f2.
