Section 22 Chief of Staff and other staffI1
(1)
The Commission must employ a person to act as the Commission's Chief of Staff.
(2)
The Commission may employ other staff.
(3)
The Chief of Staff and other staff are to be employed on such terms as the Commission may, with the approval of the Scottish Ministers, determine.
