Article 8 Article 10 (Proxies at Scottish parliamentary elections)

Article 10 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (6), for the words “for an indefinite period” substitute “(whether for an indefinite period or for a particular period specified in his application)”.

(3)

In paragraph (9), at the end, add “; where the appointment was for a particular period, the appointment shall cease to be in force once that period expires.”.
