Article 15 Officers of councils to be placed at disposal of returning officersI1

Every local authority in Scotland shall place at the disposal of the CRO for a constituency wholly or partly situated in their area, for the purpose of assisting the CRO in the discharge of any functions conferred on the CRO in relation to a Scottish parliamentary election, the services of officers employed by the authority.
