This Order may be cited as the Scrabster (Deep Inner Berth) Harbour Revision Order 2011 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2)
The Scrabster Harbour Acts and Orders 1841 to 2005 and this Order may be cited together as the Scrabster Harbour Acts and Orders 1841 to 2011.
