The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairsf1 makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1) and (2), and 20(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967f2.

1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sea Fish Licensing (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020 and comes into operation on 17th March 2020.

2Interpretation

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954f1 applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

3Revocation

The Sea Fish Licensing Order (Northern Ireland) 2019f1 is hereby revoked.
