Section 10 Fishery to be within county, etc. for purposes of jurisdiction.
England, Wales and Scotland
The portion of the sea shore to which an order under section 1 of this Act relates shall for all purposes of jurisdiction be deemed to be within the body of the adjoining county, borough or burgh (so far as it is not by law within it) or to be within the body of each of them, if more than one.
In the application of this section in relation to Wales, the reference to a county in subsection (1) of this section includes a reference to a preserved county (as defined by section 64 of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994).
