Regulation 27 Determining the reductions which reduce a seafarer’s basic remunerationI1

In regulation 20, the reductions which reduce the seafarer’s basic remuneration in the pay reference period are determined by the calculation—

• total reductions x (total hours of work / (total hours of work + hours of UK work)).
