Article 4 Amendments consequential on the abolition of ILEA

In the Schedule—

(a)

for the entry in column (2) of item 5, there shall be substituted—

  • “the council of every London borough or the Common Council of the City of London.”; and

(b)

items 6, 7 and 8 shall be omitted.
