Regulation 2 Amendment

The notice in Part I of the Schedule to the Secure Tenancies (Notices) Regulations 1987^f1 (notice of seeking possession), as substituted by regulation 2 of the Secure Tenancies (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 1997^f2, is amended as follows.

In the last sentence of the words substituted as mentioned in paragraph (1), for “the date inserted above” substitute “the date this Notice is given”.
