Rule 42 Viewing of secure training centres
(1)
No outside person shall be permitted to view a centre unless authorised by F1... the Secretary of State.
(2)
No person viewing a centre shall be permitted to take a photograph, make a sketch or communicate with a trainee unless authorised by F2... the Secretary of State.
