Rule 6 Privileges

There shall be established at every centre systems of privileges, incentives and sanctions approved by the Secretary of State and appropriate to the classes of trainees and their ages, characters and circumstances.

Records shall be kept in writing of any privileges or incentives earned and sanctions awarded.
