Regulation 28 Register of third party verifiersI1

(1)
The FCA must maintain a register of third party verifiers in accordance with this Part.
(2)
The FCA must—
(a)
publish the register on its official website and make it available for public inspection, and
(b)
update the register on a regular basis.
