In regulation 3(2)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (g), omit “and”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (h), insert—

“and

(i)
Council Decision 2003/17/EC on the equivalence of field inspections carried out in third countries on seed-producing crops and on the equivalence of seed produced in third countries,”; and

(c)

for “those Directives”, substitute “those instruments”.
