Regulation 32 Licensing and certifying in another part of the United Kingdom

Any seed certified in another part of the United Kingdom may be marketed in England.

A crop inspector, seed sampler or seed testing station licensed to act as such in another part of the United Kingdom may act as such under these Regulations.
