Paragraph 1 Types of label

There are two types of label for seed, official labels and supplier’s labels.

A supplier’s label must be used on a package of breeder’s seed, and may be used on a small package of seed specified in F1Part 4 of this Schedule and on a package of standard vegetable seed of any size.

An official label must be used on any other package of seed.
