Paragraph 4 Seed with a declared lower germination

Pre-basic and basic seed with a minimum percentage germination standard lower than required in F1these Regulations relating to that seed specified in Schedule 2 may be marketed provided that the supplier guarantees a specific minimum percentage germination.

The germination must be stated on the official label together with the supplier’s name and address and the reference number of the seed lot.
