Regulation 3 Revocations and saving

Subject to paragraph (2), the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1984^f1, the Seed Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations 1987^f2 and the Seed Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations 1988^f3 are hereby revoked.

Notwithstanding paragraph (1), Part III of Schedule 1 to the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1984 shall apply to seed potato crops grown in 1991.
