Paragraph 10
Without prejudice to paragraphs 1 to 8, an official label may contain such further statements—
(a)
concerning the field generation to which the seed potatoes belong;
(b)
as required or permitted to be included in an official label in accordance with any provision of these Regulations F1... ; or
(c)
as the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate.
