These Regulations further amend the Seeds (Registration, Licensing and Enforcement) Regulations 1985 by removing the requirement for the result of a test for Pseudomonas syringae p. v. pisi (pea bacterial blight) infection to be noted on the certificate of the result of an official test of seeds.
