Section 30 Exceptions and relief from disqualification

Section 17 of the 2006 Act (exceptions and relief from disqualification) is amended as follows.

Omit subsections (1) and (2).

(3)

In subsection (3), omit “or (4)”.

(4)

In the section heading, for “Exceptions and relief” substitute “ Relief ”.
