Paragraph 20 Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018

In regulation 2 of the Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018^f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “court”, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

in England and Wales, a County Court hearing centre specified in rule 63.13 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998,”.
