An offence under section 5(2A) of the Firearms Act 1968 (manufacture, sale or transfer of firearm or ammunition, or possession etc for sale or transfer)F1—
committed in respect of a relevant firearm or relevant ammunition, or
committed on or after F26th April 2022 in respect of a firearm specified in section 5(1)(ag) or (ba) of the Firearms Act 1968.
