Section 34 of that Act is amended as follows.

In subsection (4A), after “or section 147 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 164 of the Sentencing Code ”.

(3)

In subsection (4AA), in paragraph (c) insert at the end “ or section 166 of the Sentencing Code ”.
