Section 46 of that Act is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “section 14(3) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 82(4) of the Sentencing Code ”.

In subsection (2), for “section 14(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 82(2) of the Sentencing Code ”.
