Section 51A of that Act is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1)—

(a)

for “This section applies” substitute “ Subsections (2) to (5) apply ”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), after “convicted” insert “ in Scotland ”.

(3)

After subsection (5) insert—

“(6)

For the minimum sentence for certain offences under this Act where an individual is convicted in England and Wales, see section 311 of the Sentencing Code.”
